Repathing shortcuts

I have a keyboard with the regular keys, web browser navigation keys, and a mail, my computer, and calculator key. Is there a way to remap the mail key to open yahoo and the calculator key to open the powertoys calculator instead of the weak default windows calculator?

Try keytweak... I've not tried it with such keys, but my laptop has two \ keys, one being beside the right arrow key, so I just have two right arrow keys now
