replace my computer parts..

i currently have:
Intel Pentium 4 CPU 1.70Ghz
SiS 650_651_M650_740 Intergrated Graphics
Gigabyte GA-8SIMLP

these are the parts i want to replace. can anyone give me parts under $250 Australian. im not really looking for a really good graphics card just yet, a good intergrated graphics will be fine.

Seriously though, what will the machine be used for? I assume you already have standard DDR RAM, since you haven't listed that?
