Replace XP Copy,Cut,Paste Function For Transfers

hi im looking for programs that replace this function in xp for right clicking and copying and pasting files from one drive to another

the 2 things im looking for are somewhat increase in speed
and to show the transfer speed

i have found 2 so far one being total copy and the other tera copy..i was just wondering if there were any others out there to try

I really don't see any points in this.Is it so hard to wait for copying process to finish?

the point is i mainly wanna see the transfer speed so i know that certain hardware is working to its fullest potential
