replaced xp2000+ with 2400+, help please

hi, as previous post i have just installed a athlon xp2400+ cpu into my system that originally had a xp2000+. the cpus were the same socket and the fsb was the same at 266. do i need to change anything in my bios setting or not ?
the pc itself has recognized there is now a 2400+ cpu in it but i want to know if there is anything else i need to do.

yea everything seems to be in order. i just installed a cpu for a buddy an hour or so ago, and i didnt even have to use thermal paste, i just left it bare with the thermal pad, its running at a comfortable 43C. anyways, its really easy to install proc's, almost exactly like installing ram. its just the thermal paste that takes so long to apply correctly
