Replacement battery - any experiences with generic replacements?

I need to get a new battery for my laptop as the battery lasts only 30 - 40 mins now. Has anyone got any experience in buying generic replacements like this or this. Are these batteries any good? In some descriptions they state that they are 11.1v, however the picture of the battery shows 10.8v. It says that it is compatible with my laptop, but my laptop battery currently is 10.8v. Is this small change of voltage going to hurt my computer?

Or can anyone suggest a website that they have found to be reliable?

http://www.ebay.co.uk could probably be an option, i bought both of my replacements there, no failures yet. As long as the model of your battery matches the model you are buying, then it should be fine, it is preferable to have same voltage, but i bought a the same difference what you are saying above and it worked fine.
