replacing heatsink's fan

I want to make my system a bit quieter. I want to just replace my heatsink's fan instead of both the heatsink and fan. Currently I have this heatsink/fan: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835103167. Its really noisy because my mobo doesn't support fan control (RETARDED!) so its always running on 100%. So what 80mm fan do you recommend I replace my current fan with.

Things to consider:
1. It has to be quiet
2. Moves a good amount of air so my processor won't overheat (its Oc'd at 2.412GHZ right now and only at 32C. So I want my temps to stay in that range
3. The fan speed can be variable but only if the fan controls itself, not me controlling it with my mobo (cuz I can't)

I would get either one of those, but how do you expect to control them if you dont have fan control on your mobo?

I don't really expect to control them, thats why I'm thinking about getting the thermaltake fan because it has a temp strip (i think) that helps the fan adjust. Or should i get a fan controller? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16811999118?
