Replacing "Mobile Intel® 945GM Express Chipset Family"

This would be my graphics card. However, I've heard that it is also my motherboard. I want to replace it with a better graphics card but I'm not sure if this would mean I need to get a new motherboard. In which case I could use some suggestions of a good one to replace my current one. Thanks for any help that can be given.
 
Unfortunately I just bought it a year ago. Anyways, there's no way for me to just replace the motherboard with a better one that has better graphics?
 
Yeah, I had not clue there was a sales section.

Anyways, do you guys happen to know of any old games that could work on my system? I've heard some games don't work on Vista and some don't work with my Intel card. For example, Age of Mythology doesn't gets funky with the image while playing and I heard it's because my Intel card disagrees with it. On the other hand Black and White (the first one) has a problem with saving and I heard that it's because Vista doesn't agree with it.

Some old games I would love to play just to waste some time here and there would be Populous: The Beginning, Empire Earth (the first one), and the 2 I mentioned above. If anybody knows if these can somehow work with Vista and my Intel card that would be super awesome.
