Replacing my psu

Well, the only thing i'll be keeping is the case(Antec full tower) and my dvd-rw drives, and my 2 older hard drives. And of course my new power supply. I'll get a new 1 tb Sata HD for my OS system.
So, i probably will get a i5 cpu, a gygabyte mobo, some corsair ram, not sure of the video card yet. I don't really have a budget right now. But what i know is i want a system that will be able to play most video games. I'm not a hard core gamer, just like to play once in a while but would like to build a system that would still be good in a few years from now. Oh and i probably won't go SLI but single video card.

If your HHD(s) are adequate for storage consider SSD for OS/programs instead of new HDD.
