Hi i am new to the forum but please read on, i have a Packard bell i start 2211 its fair old, it had a 2.1 AMD dual 64 CPU i have just change to a 2.8ghz and upgrade 2 gb rab to 4 gb i have a Radeon HD 5600 1gb ddr5 grapics card. the system still seems slow, i am looking at upgrading the processor to amd x2 3ghz processor, may seem a daft question but how can i speed the system up i have win 7 and 8.1 preview, any help would be appreciated. rgds
