Resampling

Sometimes when I convert video files the video and audio get out of sync. normally the audio causes the problem, but I've had it where the video was actually the culprit. I found that out because when I "fixed" the audio it had actually been slowed down, and then I noticed that the time on the movie was a bit longer. Is there a way to change the video in order to resync a file?

That should not be the case. I would try getting a new converter before trying to figure out how to resync the file, that is not the easiest thing to do. Basically it is time consuming. Hope this helps.

well I can do that resyncing of audio just fine, it's just the video that messed up

WHat are the specs on the video and audio? (Codec, format, CBR/VBR, rate etc)

I think they were vbr, mpeg-2, don't remember codec, 29.something
