how do i make sure that my new video card i might get will work with my monitor
they are

the resolution for the vid card is higher than the reccomended resolution for the monitor but i just wanted to know how to tell for sure if itll work...

it'll work, they are compatible, but you will have to keep the native resolution on the lcd monitor or the picture will look horrible... so all you have to do is lower the res for your vid card and keep it there

so i've heard- i was going to do dual monitors, but i like the big one thank god for student loans giving me a supplies allowance to buy a computer in that case, ::gasp:: maybe.......2 big monitors lol
