restart

okay, im assuming this goes here, cant see any where else for it so here it goes.
i got a UV cathode kit, but everytime i turn it off or on the computer restarts. i cant see whats wrong with it, i mean all the cables are in properly. it gets annoying because i have it in the 5 1/4" bay and i have a door, so i have push the switch in a lil so it doesnt restart evertime i close my door.

Check your wiring, if it all looks ok check your wiring again. Finaly pop out the old multymeter and check it again. But if that doesnt fix it, it sounds like your power supply is going dead. Cause every time you switch them on or off it takes a little extra joice and your puny power supply cant handle it so it restarts the comp.

i wouldnt call a 450w puny.

i dont think it is the psu as ive plugged the UV cathode in on its own, the gfx card obviously and it still restarted
