Restore PC from recovery partition I moved to external USB

Hey,

I moved the recovery partition from my HP Envy to a separate USB drive and installed a clean version of Windows 10 however I need to return the PC back to its original state.

How do I do it ? I used EaseUS to remove the recovery partition but now dont know how to reverse what I have done?

Is it possible or have I totally cocked it up?

What is your reasoning for wanting it back to original state? With a clean install of 10 all the bloatware is gone.
