Restore point

I had an update last night and now when I go to the Restore, it took away my Restore Points, so I wonder why?

It will do that crap for various reasons. Just make you a new restore/backup point

That is what I did and went to updates and stop the updates because my computer works fine and updates seen to screw it up.

I would prioritize getting security updates over restore points.

I'm surprised people still uses that feature in 2025.

I'm still getting updates and when I put in a new program it gives me another restore point. So where do I go for the security updates?

You get them through windows updates themselves. No separate place needed to go.
