Restore problem

Hello to all. This is my first post. My problem is that I have a Gateway 550GR and I want to restore my system. I have the restore DVD that came with the system but I can't get it to autorun. I need to restore because of "about:blank".

Make sure your boot order is set correctly in the BIOS. (CD, Floppy [if you have one], HDD)

instead of restoring everything. run the program suggested in the computer security. then post a hijackthis and buzz/byte will fix the problem.
