Restore recycle bin

Well, A friend sent me a disguised batch file he made to recycle the recycle bin. How the heck do i get it back?

Im using vista home premium.

Lol! Strange...hey I think this may do it- Just go to search, and write Recycle Bin. I don't think he exactly deleted Recycle Bin, since it's the part of the Windows.
Second way may be a download http://http://www.newfreedownloads.com/find/recycle-bin.html.
If that doesn't work ( and it will ), then you can simply reinstall the Windows, as far as I know you won't lose anything^^
