My friends Sony VAIO desktop has been acting funny. She wants to restore all default settings and get rid of all the crap that has built up. She either never got or lost a restoration cd and i was wondering if there is a way to do this in the cpu or maybe a place online where i could obtain a restoration program. She doesnt have any microsoft programs nor a dvd encoder. Any ideas???
