Retrieve e-mails thru cmd-line

Hi folks,
Does any one know how to retrieve files thru command prompt. I have messed up with my OS while installing a SP2.
Please help me to get a back up of my e-mails from the inbox folder of my outlook express thru the cmd prompt. I cant open any of my windows or my outlook express or anything that is Windows ( MS) related. But can open my cmd window (Thank God).
So please suggest any option to retrieve all the mails and back it up into another storage thru the cmd prompt.

Search for *.dbx files (these are the OE database files). They are located in a subfolder in Documents and Settings\user_name\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities

What abt the *.pst files where do i find those. Aren't they of any use during backup?
