When you do Windows Recovery and it gives you the option of resetting your computer to factory settings does this mean the data can't never be recovered? I want to get rid of everything and start like my computer is new.. Thanks
DO you mean the windows system restore or the recovery console
the way to complete start afresh is to format you drive (put the windows cd in and boot from it, you get options to wipe the hdd and start again... note ALL files will be lost)
