Reuse old Dell psu

I have a surplus power supply(230w) which I'm considering using it for a new build. I know the wattage is sufficient, but my question is can I hook it up to a 24pin ATX/mATX mobo. It has a 20 pin power connector and supplies the following voltages:
+5
-5
+5vfp
+12
-12
+3.3

On this particular model (precision 220) there was also a second power plug with 6 wires.

Thanks in advance for your help.

NO. Old design, may even be one of those proprietary ones that use different wiring in the 20 pin.. You would have to check the pin out to be sure but I wouldn't use it in a modern MB.

I would be wary of using an old dell psu for any standard motherboard. The new units are standard but most/all of the old ones had non-standard pinouts for the main power connector.

Not to mention, the units used in dell computers are generally of rubbish quality, not to mention usually have rubbish efficiency as well.

x2 on Dell quality. I bought a $3000 Dell LCD HDTV that lasted a year and a half in 2004. The picture was beautiful while it lasted and then poof! They no longer make tv's, I wonder why?
