I already have Processer AMD Phenom II X4 965 and I'm thinking of buying these.

The DA 750 is not a bad silverstone supply. But see if you can get the ST75F-P 750W model. Or the XFX 750W
 
like it most seems good quality parts, only bit of caution i can advise is on the samsung spinpoint drive, i originally had a 640gb wd caviar green, i upgraded it to a 1tb samsung spinpoint for more capacity, and although i got more drive storage the performance has been terrible, boot ups were slow even set to hdd first boot, and ive never had so many freezes and halfway boot ups, i now only use the samsung for file storage, if your goin to just use it for storing files go for it, if not id go for a western digital or seagate.
