I don't own this machine but, I will include a link to it so everyone can check it out. It looks to me like it's a nice machine. Would be nice if the hard drive speed is higher. I would get at least a 5400 rpm. Otherwise, that's a nice machine. HP has come a long way and they are making some great machines nowadays.

Here's the link

Im not sure about the conversion rate, but wouldnt that be like 1800 american dollars or something?

In that case, I would say that, that machine is a bit over priced. Good processor, but you should get something with a 5400 RPM hard drive, 533 mhz ram, not the slower DDR 333 stuff.

But other then that it looks like it has good specs

I would get some of the newer models that HP came out with. Actually, I would go with compaq, cheaper and use the same parts that HP uses since they combined.

Actually the DV1000 series is a really great series. The only thing that brought it down was the mediocre screen and it got pretty warm underneath. The US version came with a 5400 HD. If it had a better screen, it surely would've one of the best laptops of all time. Either way it was a very speedy unit and packed with a ton on features, including quick media play & remote. The Duo Core version is now out with a built in webcam, the DV1000t.

I think laptops with duo core have bad battery life.
that HP looks like its a good PC But like everyone else said upgrade that HDD speed to 5400.

Duo's battery life it actually pretty good. As for the DV1000t's in the US, they should be 5400 HD standard.

Oh ok,cause i got a friend that has duo core and its battery last for 1hr.

You're friend may have had all his battery sucking components on High. Such as, screen on high, processor at max settings, and maybe even doing some intensive stuff like gaming or designing. It also depends on the cells of your battery. There are many that come with 6-8 standard, some with 9-cell, and some ultraportables with like only 4.
