Revision diffrence in coretemp? what they mean?

Hey guys,

just looking on another post and noticed danny,AKA Kornowski posted a screenshot of his Coretemp.

it seems we both have Conroe E6300 processor but look at the revision reading on his to mine.

whats the diffrence? if any?

i always heard the B2 runs hotter?

if i remember correctly the l2 stepping is the most recent one.
it's like the G0 stepping with the q6600 it justs lowers the watts it uses.
it went from like 20 to 12 (had to look that up) so it's quite a difference

anyways it simply means yours will probably run hotter than dannys

btw do you like kis 2009?
i really hate the constant pop-ups the kis suite gives me.
i'm still with kav 7
