Rewiring power button!

Hey guys,

I have a Rosewill CHALLENGER Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower Computer Case and the wires that run from the motherboard to the power button broke today. Long story short they were severed from the back of the button when I popped the face plate off of the case.

Is it possible for me to re-insert the wires into the back of the power button or should I just go buy a new wiring? Should I take a different approach all together? This is a first time for me so if any advice or recommendations would help and the more thorough the better!

You could try and order an exact replacement or, pick a switch up at Radio Shack and mount it on the rear out of sight. Just be sure to get the proper type, and rated switch. Probably, just a momentary push button type but make sure! Good luck :)
