Ricoh C440DN prints faded on one side of sheet.

I have a brand new Ricoh C440DN laser color printer running on Windows 10 and it prints pictures faded toward the left side of the sheet. Any suggestions?

Probably a bad drum. Take it back.

Thank you for your advice! I called B&H Photo in NYC and they will either send me the replacable part or exchange for a new one.
