Right shift + / isn't doing question mark, but right shift still gives capitalized letters and other symbols. Left shift + / does the question mark with no problem, is this a hardware or software issue?
Ok, well I fixed it. turns out the "Stop" button on the media keys was stuck downwards. I opened up the keyboard and replaced it properly and voila, it works now.
