Rip audio from video...could anyone do it?

Hey guys, I have one thing that I would like to know. I would like to rip the music from the following video on www.youtube.com. How would I do that?

Ok that would do but I would now need to download the actual video and I cannot figure out how to.

sony soundforge can seperate the audio from the video, i did it with some ohter stuffage, and if ur using firefox, try going to tools/page info/media tab, and then find the embed object and click save as... that may or may not work..
