RivaTuner and 7xxx

Does RivaTuner support the 7xxx cards yet? Specifically the 7600GS? Last time i tried it wasnt fully supported, so i couldnt try to unlock vertex shaders or pipes. Does anyone know if it supports it yet?

The 7600GS does not have the extra locked pipes, the cards are 12x5 and they cannot be hard nor softmodded to anything above that.

I dont think it does. The newest version doesnt even "officialy" support current nvidia drivers. But as tweaker said there's nothing to unlock.

I have Rivatuner but all I know is how to overclock, change fan speeds, change some basic settings, etc. I don't know how to unlock all this stuff.

I don't think so, I remember reading something that said they did something so that you can't softmod them.

they laser cut the disabled pipes now as far as know... although im sure there will always be a few exceptions to the general rule

Geoff, any input?
I really dont have any idea, i cant even get to that page with my card.

Does anyone know if the changes made in that program are done within Windows, or does it change the card's bios?

Well, followed the steps until the last one and I have some things that are disabled. He says to enable all of them, but can doing so damage my card at all?

Probably not, but either way there's nothing to unlock with the 7800 GT

When you restart the computer to complete the unlocking, the pipes will return to their locked status. Sorry to dissapoint you, but there's no way to unlock a 7800GT.

So it is okay if I atleast try right? It still will not damage the card?
