Rogue advert on internet.

I use Firefox as my main browser. Recently out of the blue when I sign into it normally to see my emails, an advert appears at the top.

"We found 1 Deal for you" on the left there is a picture of a padlock and on the right it says "ads powered by Lotta Deals". If I click on it it appears German.

Has anyone else seen it and does anyone know how I can stop it appearing.

Its an addon for firefox. Just remove it, you must have somehow inadvertently installed it.
