Rogue xp antivirus 2012 software: can't open Internet

Hey so I somehow ended up with the rogue antivirus software on my computer; it's preventing my from running malwarebytes, Firefox, google chrome, internet explorer, tdsskiller, ccleaner, and avast free antivirus. What do I do to get rid of it? Please help me ASAP

Edit: virus is gone but now I cant connect to te Internet on my desktop, but I can on my laptop and iPod off of the wifi.

if you can try to reinstal your network driver, then try running Malwarebytes or something similar to see if there any further infections (if you can now open up MWB) - you might want to run the MWB scan in safe mode. How did you get rid off the virus? failing that, if you have nothing to lose, you might need to reinstall Windows

Disable the proxy setting under the connection tab then LAN settings in internet properties.
