does a ati GPU work better with a amd CPU, an nvidia GPU work better with intel CPU like i7 ect.....as i bin looking at rigs an ive noticed this trend?. . . . . .or is it down 2 persons choice!

i bin looking into making up a gaming pc, reading info an trying to decide but just go round in circles...lol i like the ide of the i7 cpu, however most people rave about the amd.....for gaming so is the pross decided by what gpu that i wanna run. - --i like the idea of duel cards

CF or SLI??

It really makes no difference. ATI and AMD are under the same roof now, but ATI cards will work just fine on Intel processors. It really depends on the actual GPU on how well it'll perform. Personally I like evga cards (all Nvidia) but that's personal preference.

As for CF/SLI, I'd suggest getting one good card over two mediocre cards. You will almost always end up with better performance in the end. Multi-cards are only really good for extreme systems (a pair of the highest of the high-end cards)
