Router problems

I just got a Netgear Wirweless G 54 , WGR614 router.

I hooked it up just like the manual said and everything worked fine, the issue is now that my laptop lost connection. The stationary which is connected by cable works just fine as im typing on it now. How can I restore internet connection to my laptop?

did your laptop have connection before? If so try to turn off your router, and modem, then reboot after one or two mins. If it does not work try to work with your laptop and allow window manage your wireless connection. I hope this'll help.
