Router Range Extender won't connect to wired devices

I am using an ASUS router as a range extender and all is working fine with the router connecting to the internet. My computer is connected to the ASUS via WiFi and it gets the internet fine. The problem is anything I connect to the ASUS via a hardline will not connect to the internet. I have tried a My Book Live as well as a Xbox 360. I am not sure why the ports in the router don't seem to be working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would suggest you log into the range extender and check the settings. As you are using a router as a range extender, you will need to go through all the advanced settings to ensure that it will work.
