I'm curious, how on earth do I use the commands for saying things like "I need a medic"(the character talks)?
I've been looking online but all I can find are cheats and server commands.

Edit: Oh, and RTCW is Return to Castle Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory

well youll have to learn them yourself but
v is the talk key
v21 - medic
v22 - ammo
v10 - enemy in disquise
v586 - good game
v6 - your class ex medic
theres a start
