Which CPU from i5/i7/amd will running at cold temp before and after OC?
Since my country is hot (room temp +/- 28 deg), its really impossible for me to OC it after i build my PC even with using D14(i guessing).
It all depends on the cooling system that you have. How many fans do you have. Since your country is high in temperature you could buy more fans or use a liquid cooling system. The usual temp that cpu's such as i5/i7 run are stock temp 70 degree Celsius. They could reach up to 85 or 90 without getting too much damage. But its best to keep them at 60 or less for better performance.
