Run Time Error

I get this when trying to save something in a program I use at work. "runtime error 340 control array element 3 doesn't exist". Can someone please let me know how I can correct this.

The error is seen as
Visual Basic Runtime Errors
340

 But if that was seen in game one correction would be ISSUE:
Choosing the Untitled game file after receiving the error message "Run-time Error ‘13’: Type mismatch" produces the error message, "Run-time error ‘340’: Control array element ‘3’ doesn't exist."
RESOLUTION:
