Run twice

I learned that i can run 2 Skype accounts at once by selecting Run and entering command "C:\Program Files\Skype\Phone\Skype.exe" /secondary

Is it possible to do this with Full Tilt Poker? If so what command should i enter in 'Run?

You do realize these poker sites have i.p tracking, anti collusion/cheating methods etc etc right?

If i were cheating then i would be caught pretty quick

Let me explain why a second client is needed

I play for real money and my brother has an account which he no longer uses to play so we stake players on that instead

So while i play on mine money is sent and received from his account(low stakes) on reg basis which is a pain in the ass for since having just 1 cpu in the house means i have to keep logging in and out dealing with cash transfers and the like.

Simple as that, no elaborate cheating scam

Dunno whether it is against forum rules or not. But if you are trying to run two separate accounts, why not run one in a virtual machine.
