rundll error

hi, have a quastion, rundll error at start up,"error loading TWEAKUI.CPL the specified modul could not be found" after ACE Mega Codecs pack uninstall, everything works though, well at least looks like it, but registry is a complete mess, anyone knows how to sort this out not engaging registry cleaner programs or reinstalling ACE??? Thank you for your time and effort

Since the problem is with TweakUI, I would try uninstalling that program from Add or Remove Programs, reinstalling it, and see what happens...that should probably fix the problem.
