RUNDLL Streamci error

I reformatted my computer, and when I start up a RUNDLL error message pops up saying "Error loading streamci The specific module could not be found."

Any idea on how to fix this message?

Can you please see in device manager if any drivers are missing!
streamci.dll is library file used to install media streaming hardware devices,

what is the version of Windows you are using? You might need to run recovery with your windows disc, might help!

I am running windows xp. When i try to download the audio drivers I get the RunDLL error message. All audio drivers were uninstalled.

Any other ideas?
