Running 3 monitors?

Monitor 1 cable is coming off the computer's vga graphic card port going to the vga port on the monitor. Monitor 1 shows up and works.

Monitor 2 cable is coming off the computer's hdmi graphic card port going to the hdmi port on the monitor. Monitor 2 shows up and works.

Monitor 3 cable is coming off the computers main board hdmi port going to the hdmi port on the monitor. Monitor 3 does not show up and doesn't work.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong. By the way I had monitor 3 working off the graphics card DVI-D port but I want to use the other hdmi port if possible. Thank you. Frank

Check bios settings for hybrid graphics setting. What motherboard do you have?

Its not just that, the cpu must have integrated graphics or the motherboard must have it.

If I have a dedicated graphics card you need to force the BIOS setting to use on board graphics at the same time.

True but again. if the poster isn't using a cpu or motherboard that has onboard graphics, its not gonna work anyway.
