Running dual monitors

If I had dual monitors could I play wow on one and surf the net on the other?

You mean you want to got 2 mouse's?
You can just open wow in a window with the size of your screen and do the same with the browser but then with the other screen.

You can't have two mouses plugged in and have two different cursors. There might be software that can do that, but not native for windows.

When you do this, you'll most likely play in windowed mode.
