Will there be much difference on the video card change? Yeah can only go up to 32gb on the Ram. Will have to think on it.
For games and gpu bound workloads there should be a significant improvement in fps since you are going up a generation
Nvidia's turing to ampere leap was pretty big
Also the extra vram should help with gaming in 4k
However, price is a major concern if you don't have one already
At MSRP the 360 is superior in almost every way but considering the wild price ranges of GPUs lately it may be worthwhile to stick with a 2060 if the price doesn't seem right
This is trickier for me to make a suggestion since it depends on what price you are comfortable spending for the performance and where the market is when you make your decision
I just quickly scoured ebay and most recent 2060's are going for $400-$600 USD while 3060's are trending somewhere between $650 and $1000+
The msrp on a 3060 is $329
