Ryzen clock rate

So I've built my new pc recently with 1500x, and it's been great so far. But one thing i don't understand fully is Turbo clock rate. It has 3.5 GHz stock and turbo clock rate is 3.7 GHz and i dont understand do i have to enable it somewhere or is it just automaticly adjusting to what i do on my pc.

If temperatures permit the cpu will overclock itself to increase performance once it is hit with a certain amount of work load.

I assume this is enable in the bios from default, but it may depend on the motherboard. You can download cpuz and monitor the clock speeds while stress testing the cpu, hopefully you should be able to see it clock to 3.7ghz.
