My friend just hooked his video up to his monitor via s-video. He has an hd sony.. I think its 720 p not sure..I know this message is pretty flakey. He got a new video card. 256 nvidia 6600 I believe. I could not find a driver for this tv. I went to sony.com typed in his model number and they found the model but had no drivers. The screen is not very sharp, if you compare it to his hd channels its looks horrible(exp the text). Is this normal?
His specs I believe are
1 gb ram, not sure of the motherboard, radeon 6600 256 meg
sony vivo or whatever those new ones are. I didnt really get to look at the specs of the pc, its brand new.. 900 system. Im just trying to help him out so if anyone knows anything about hooking your video through s-video(because I dont know anything about hdtvs) it would really help
