Only a select few cards support this connector. S-video is interlaced and very low quality(720x480) while VGA is much higher resolutions. Even if it would work on your card, the quality would be very low; no higher than standard TV-Out.

well i have a shity monitor that only sports up to 1024x768 revolution and it is really crapy
