S Video with my integrated-graphics toshiba

Hi, I'm trying to hook up my laptop to my television with an s-video cable, and I have it hooked to my computer and to my tv. My computer doesn't know it's connected to it though I don't think, because when I go to my Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator Driver for Mobile menu, it shows this:

And when I press fn f5, it just shows the lcd screen as the only display option:

I also tried restarting my coputer twice and it still didn't recognize it, I also unplugged and reconnected the s video cord at both ends a couple times too. Somebody please help, I really want to do this. : (

I think my computer recognized it for a second, because a window popped up that said "new display detected" and asked how I wanted it, so I selected mirrored, but then it didn't do anything when I pressed apply and okay, and it still shows the same thing in the graphics window. : (

You need to find your monitor button on the keyboard. (it's usually under the function commands)
