s939 motherboard: Gigabyte’s GA-K8NF-9 or Epox EP-9NPA+ Ultra

I'm building a new system (supposed to be under the magic number of 1000€ ;) ) and basically I think I've narrowed it down to these two MBs, to go with an Ahtlon64 3500+ and 1.5 GB DDR (2x512 + 2x256).

The price difference is around 15€ (The Epox is more expensive, around 110 €).

Now, I read that the Gigabyte has a "nForce4-4X" chipset, while the Epox has an nForce 4 Ultra.

I've read some fairly good things about both of them, but I cant decide and youre help would be much appriciated :)
 
Gigabyte!

I love my mobo which is very simmilar to the one that you posted. It's good for overclocking (limit at 290Mhz). As well as that it has some neat options and I have not had problems with it all. However, that's not to say that the EPOX is worse or anything. I would think that either way, you will be cool.The ultra chipset in the EPOX should be a better option however and as far as I know the 4X chipset does not allow for dual channel RAM.
