safe amount to Overclock

What would be a safe amount to Overclock with no worries. My system offers 3%, 5%, 8%, and 10% that is with standard cooling 1 fan for CPU and 1 Case fan. I could add a second case fan if needed. Description of system below.

Yeah dont use those programs, i learnt that the hard way

It is MUCH EASIER to go into your BIOS and Raise your core clock.

Raise it by 5-10mhz each time, and when you hit your ceiling (cant boot) just set it so that its about 10+ mhz before the ceiling (to be safe)

The safest thing is not to raise the voltage, cause that is what kills the CPU (not temps).

So rather go into your BIOS and Raise your core clock. Just remember to fix your PCI to 100 (your GFX card might not handle the overclock)
