Safe Athlon 6000+ Voltage?

In my BIOS settings, i have left the voltage at 1.45V (what it originally was) and i have managed to overclock to 3.3Ghz with 14x 336MHz.
When i look in CPU-Z the voltage varies between 1.456V and 1.488V with the odd peak around 1.5V. Is that too high for the processor? Will it cause any damage? Or am i just being paranoid?:P

yea 1.5 is safe would not want to go muck higher than that.
OCing 6000+ is pointless does not go very far at all 3.2GHz - 3.3GHz is ok but any higher an the amount of volts u have to put in is stupid.
what are your temps like?
