johnb35 Administrator Staff member Feb 11, 2016 #2 Are you actually entering safe mode with networking or just regular safe mode? If you are entering safe mode with networking and still can't get online then you have an issue somewhere. Why are you entering safe mode anyway?

E Eduardo New Member Feb 11, 2016 #3 open up Run (Windows Key + R) Type msconfig in text box and then enter. A System Configuration window should pop up. Click on the Boot tab. select Safe mode & Network. Restart your computer and you should boot into Safe mode with networking.
